The Opportunity


We're seeking an experienced Strategic Enterprise Sales Director for our Digital Media portfolio. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of accelerating growth in assigned named accounts. If you have a passion for driving revenue and developing strategic business relationships, we want to hear from you.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Identify whitespace opportunities across enterprise verticals and develop targeted account lists for Adobe Document Cloud & Creative Cloud
  • Develop strategic sales plans for key accounts, including resource allocation and pipeline management
  • Evaluate customer needs and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Negotiate contracts with customers to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with sales teams, field marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of customer requirements and translate them into actionable business opportunities

What We're Looking For



  • 12+ years of direct enterprise sales experience in software and/or SaaS solutions
  • Proven ability to understand complex business environments and identify customer pain points
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with customers
  • Able to demonstrate value propositions and ROI in complex environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a self-motivated and self-managing approach
  • Strong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationships

What You'll Need to Succeed


We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This position is based in the US, with some travel required to meet with customers and partners.
