Job Description

ITP Media Group is seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales team in acquiring new clients.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales cycle
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers.
  5. Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions to meet their objectives.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  7. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the senior management team.
  8. Make recommendations for sales strategies and process improvements based on market insights.
  9. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, editorial, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
  11. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  12. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  13. Must have at least 5 years of experience in digital media sales, advertising & branded content
  14. Demonstrated experience in scaling up business operations
  15. Prior experience as profit centre head is desired.
  16. Seasoned and successful leader, preferably with experience in a major & complex industry or organization in a competitive market segment.
  17. Carry good business acumen to help with the growth of the organization
  18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  19. Should be target oriented
  20. High level of integrity and work ethic.
  21. A good people manager to ensure everyone is motivated
  22. Experience of working in diverse markets and successful track record of achieving sales, brand building, network development & profit targets
