Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales team in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, with 3-6 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high net worth real estate developers in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly and annual business targets by selling, enhancing, and upgrading high net worth relationships.
  • Generate net sales and new revenue through existing relationships and new clients, leveraging product offerings.
  • Develop and implement major account/sales strategy, identifying opportunities and winning them to increase market share and maximize customer retention.
  • Provide feedback and market requirements to strategic business units to drive product innovation and improve market competitiveness.
  • Overall responsibility for sales/account management/sales targets to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in retail/corporate sales.
  • Fluent communication skills.
  • Graduate/MBA from a reputed institute.
  • Strong follow-up skills.

Competencies:

  • Result-driven.
  • Sales champion.
  • Captivator - good written & verbal communication skills.
