Director of Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales

We are seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales to join our team at TAC Security. This is a senior leadership role that requires a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex sales teams.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the global sales strategy for our cybersecurity products and services. They will lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and results-driven performance.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and results-driven performance.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify emerging opportunities and optimize sales efforts.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within the cybersecurity industry, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large, complex sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including key technologies, trends, and market demands.
- Strong experience in enterprise sales, account management, and large deal negotiations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
