Enterprise Sales Director

WebEngage is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of the sales process for Enterprise clients, including lead management, qualification, evaluation, and closure. You will play a key role in the success of our overall sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage sales pipelines, prospect, and assess sales opportunities to move transactions through the sales cycle efficiently.
- Manage and track customer and transactional information in our CRM system.
- Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering.
- Nurture and expand relationships with customer accounts of all sizes.
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
- Practice effective communication with management, customers, and support staff.
- Participate in team-building and company-growth activities, including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care.
- Foster a culture of engagement and excitement that drives high customer and employee satisfaction.

- Experience with analytics, data, databases, or business intelligence preferred.
