About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director who can create revenue achievement strategies for our Developer and Real Estate Company categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Director of Growth & Monetization to develop revenue-generating plans.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and improve customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate or developer sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and an MBA.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
