  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales and marketing activities for our real estate properties in Navi Mumbai
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors' activities
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Conduct property visits, site inspections, and present property details to potential buyers
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company policies and procedures
