At Vimerse Infotech Inc, we are seeking an experienced Asst. Sales Manager to spearhead our real estate sales division in India. This role requires a strong understanding of the Indian real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Job Title: Asst. Sales Manager (MBA Fresher, BBA) or exp (1-2 yrs)

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Asst. Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales, marketing, business development, and client relations. They will be responsible for organizing, planning, and implementing project-specific sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, plan, and implement project-specific sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
  • Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and facilitate deal closure.
  • Handle daily operations, including internal company CRM tools.
  • Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay updated with rules & regulations in the Indian real estate market.
  • Maintain cordial relationships with prospective buyers and customers of the company.
