Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a sales team focused on sourcing and closing real estate deals, setting clear performance targets and expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify potential leads and convert them into successful transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in the Thane area.
  • Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations to ensure targets are met.
  • B builds and maintains strong relationships with developers, clients, and key stakeholders to facilitate successful negotiations and closings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting team performance and market trends.
  • Address any client concerns or challenges promptly to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on sourcing and closing deals in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 20,00,000 - ₹ 30,00,000 per annum
