The Role

This position focuses on forging strategic alliances with industry leaders and innovative start-ups to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing alliance marketing P&L, negotiating partnerships, conducting market research, and tracking performance. The ideal candidate boasts minimum 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage and grow partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic alliances with established leaders to drive revenue growth.
  • Own the alliance marketing P&L, ensuring revenue growth through new and existing partnerships.
  • Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for partnerships.
  • Track and report on alliances' performance and ROI.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (in executive alliance or partnership roles).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability towards constructive networking.
  • Strong planning, project, and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on factors such as qualifications, experience, and performance.
