Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive sales growth and market share expansion for our product lines in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular visits to key accounts to strengthen relationships and drive sales.

Market Development and Inventory Management

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, trade shows, and events to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Hyderabad market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
