Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in the waterproofing chemical industry, preferably in a sales or business development role
  • Strong knowledge of waterproofing chemical products and technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the entire Waterproofing Chemical Division, including sales, marketing, and operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify potential new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for presentation to senior management
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding waterproofing chemical products
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in waterproofing chemical technologies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
