Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Bricsa Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring delegates for our conferences through market research and lead generation. Your primary goal will be to sell delegate packages to senior-level business leaders for our conference events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential delegates and leads.
- Generate and execute sales strategies to sell delegate packages to senior-level business leaders.
- Work closely with our Managing Director, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key executives to promote the benefits of attending our events and secure registrations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Follow up with leads after email proposals to close deals.
- Liaise with confirmed delegates to ensure event attendance and participation.
- Meet daily KPIs (call rates) and monthly revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with both verbal and written abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- Professional, eager, and open to learning our unique sales process.
- Graduate with good business acumen and the ability to digest complex market knowledge quickly.
- Driven, purposeful, hardworking, and ambitious with a strong desire to build a career in sales.
