Franchise Development Executive

At Imfirmity, we're expanding our franchise network, and we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Development Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Franchise Lead Generation: Identify potential franchise partners through market research, networking, and outreach, and create strategies to attract qualified individuals interested in becoming gym franchisees.
  2. Franchise Sales and On boarding: Conduct introductory meetings and presentations with prospective franchisees, guide them through the franchise application and on boarding process, and collaborate with legal and financial teams to facilitate the timely completion of franchise agreements and documentation.
  3. Franchise Support and Training: Provide comprehensive support to new franchisees during the pre-opening phase, assist them in setting up their gym clubs, and coordinate and deliver training programs to franchisees and their staff on gym operations, customer service, and brand standards.
  4. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees, foster loyalty and retention within the franchise network, and act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, offering ongoing support and guidance as needed.
  5. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market analysis, assess potential locations for new gym clubs, and develop localized strategies to target specific regions and demographics to maximize franchise growth.
  6. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of franchise leads, interactions, and progress using CRM software or other designated tools, and generate regular reports on franchise development activities, achievements, and challenges for management review.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in franchise development or a related field, preferably within the fitness or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with potential franchisees.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to oversee the on boarding process.
  • Understanding of the franchise business model and knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with potential franchise partners and support existing franchisees.

Salary: The salary for this position ranges from Rs. 20,000 to 30,000 per Month, depending on qualifications and experience.
