Business Development Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Franchise Development Executive to join our team at Imfirmity. As a key player in our franchise expansion strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new franchisees, providing comprehensive support, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified franchise partners, conduct market research, and respond to inquiries.
- Franchise Sales and Onboarding: Guide prospective franchisees through the application and onboarding process, collaborate with legal and financial teams, and facilitate the completion of franchise agreements.
- Franchise Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to new franchisees during the pre-opening phase, coordinate training programs, and address concerns or queries.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with existing franchisees, offer support and guidance, and conduct regular check-ins to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market analysis, assess potential locations, and develop localized strategies to target specific regions and demographics.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in franchise development or a related field, preferably within the fitness or retail industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational and project management abilities, understanding of the franchise business model, and ability to travel as required.
