Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Right Vision Consultancy Services. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Andheri, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Good understanding of business and market dynamics.
- Proficient in using CRM software.
Knowledge and experience in Cement, Pipe, Door, Chemicals, Building Material, AAC block, Mix Plaster, and Construction Site.
Roles and Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
