Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our B2B sales efforts. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, presenting Freedom Holidays DMC's services to potential clients, and collaborating with operations, marketing, and customer support teams.

Job Description
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identify and explore new business opportunities within the travel and tourism sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients, serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis & Business Development: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, present Freedom Holidays DMC's services to potential clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery, provide feedback to improve products and services based on client needs.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management, analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong understanding of DMC operations and travel industry trends.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
