Sales Generation Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Generation Professional to join our team at Tripgain Travel and Expense Management Solutions in Bangalore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, outreach, email marketing, and attending industry events.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in lead generation, market research, and database management. They will also possess strong communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate qualified leads through cold calling and outreach using Sales Navigator and other relevant platforms.
- Research and Identification: Research and identify new sources for generating leads and implement strategies to find qualified prospects.
- Email Marketing and Follow-up: Send targeted marketing emails and follow-up emails to ensure proper lead nurturing.
- Exhibition and Tradeshows: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and tradeshows to generate new leads and expand the company's network.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and contribute insights for improving lead conversion rates.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage CRM databases to ensure all leads are accurately tracked, segmented, and nurtured.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, particularly in the SaaS, software, or ERP industry.
- Proficiency in Sales Navigator and email marketing tools.
- Strong communication skills—both spoken and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
