About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our sales team. This senior role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute business growth plans, leveraging their expertise in sales, marketing, and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Business Growth Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive business growth plans that align with the company's vision and mission.
  2. Conduct Market Research: Identify new markets, customers, and opportunities through thorough market research.
  3. Build Relationships: Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to establish strong relationships and close deals.
  4. Promote Products/Services: Effectively communicate and negotiate the value of our products/services to potential clients.
  5. Maintain Records: Accurately document sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant data.
  6. Provide Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or similar role.
  • Strong sales track record with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Market knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Time management and planning skills.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
