Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead our API and intermediates sales efforts in the Indian domestic market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the Indian domestic market.
  • Analyze market opportunities, identify new customer prospects, and devise strategies to increase market share.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with the Indian pharmaceutical market, with a strong network of contacts and relationships.
  • Diplomatic and effective communication skills, with the ability to negotiate complex deals and agreements.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills, with the ability to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
  • A learner mindset, with a willingness to continuously develop and improve skills and knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary package, ranging from $1500 USD to $3500 USD per month, plus an annual performance bonus. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
