Career Hatch Pvt. Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Sales Development. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the identification and pursuit of new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting Sales Goals: Establish clear and achievable sales targets that align with company objectives.
  • Developing Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve sales goals and expand customer base.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research potential customers and identify new sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Quote and Proposal Preparation: Develop and present customized quotes and proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
  • Sales Process Management: Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  • CRM Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within our CRM system.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Participate in regular sales meetings to share knowledge, best practices, and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confidence: A high level of confidence and self-motivation to succeed in sales.
