Front Office Operations Manager

Job Summary
The Front Office Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. This includes managing the Front Desk, Front Service, Communications Centre, Business Centre, and Regency or Grand Club.

- Assist the Front Office Manager in delivering the brand promise
- Manage Front Office operations, including Front Desk, Front Service, and Communications Centre
- Ensure excellent guest and employee experiences
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager - Front Office or Assistant Front Office Manager
- Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
