As the Hotel Front Office Manager at Accor Hotels, you will be responsible for leading the Front Office team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the Front Office team to achieve high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest bookings, reservations, and room availability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve administrative and operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a front desk or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ancillary duties as required.
