Key Responsibilities:

As a Hotel Receptionist at Naukripay, you will be responsible for:

Greeting Guests: Make a positive first impression by welcoming guests and verifying their details against their bookings.

Managing Reservations: Take bookings via phone, email, or in person and record them in the hotel's system.

Assigning Rooms: Allocate rooms to guests and provide them with keys.

Answering Questions: Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and transportation.

Handling Special Requests: Deal with requests for room service, wake-up calls, or taxi bookings.

Managing Payments: Prepare bills, take payments, and process cash.

Checking Out Guests: Take payments, return deposits, and check guests out.

Maintaining the Front Desk: Keep the front desk area clean and organized.

Using Hotel Software: Utilize hotel management software to check in and out guests and manage guest information.

Coordinating with Other Departments: Work with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Excellent Communication Skills: Be polite, calm, and well-organized with good writing and IT skills.

Adaptability: Be able to solve problems and adapt to changing situations.

Education: A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in customer service or hospitality.
