- Maintaining accurate records and updating the repeat guest history system.

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Service-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in hotel operations.
- Possession of a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred.
