Managing Payments: Prepare bills, accept payments, and process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Checking Out Guests: Process payments, return deposits, and check guests out in a timely and courteous manner.

Maintaining the Front Desk: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

Utilizing Hotel Software: Effectively use hotel management software to check guests in and out and manage guest information efficiently.

Coordinating with Other Departments: Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and provide exceptional service.
