Job Summary
The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards. This role involves managing the Front Office operations, including the Front Desk, Communications Centre, and Business Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Front Office operations in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in delivering the brand promise.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Front Office staff.
Qualifications
A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager - Front Office or Assistant Front Office Manager, good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are required.
