Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Upwork Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at ConnectedStars. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals, and securing high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search for and identify relevant job postings on Upwork that align with our services, leveraging your knowledge of the platform and its algorithms.
- Craft customized, persuasive proposals that address the clients' needs and showcase our expertise in areas such as web development, digital marketing, and graphic design.
- B uild and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by nurturing relationships on Upwork, utilizing tools like CRM systems and Google Workspace.
- Analyze client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverability and success, applying strong organizational and time management skills.
- Maintain and update records of outreach, communication, and responses on Upwork, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly lead generation and sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
- Stay updated with trends and changes in the Upwork platform, optimizing lead generation strategies and staying ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably on freelance platforms like Upwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and negotiate with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
- Ability to understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
- Familiarity with services such as web development, digital marketing, graphic design, and other related fields.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with tools like CRM systems, Google Workspace, and other lead management platforms, leveraging technology to drive business growth.
- Prior success in generating leads and securing projects on Upwork, demonstrating a track record of achievement and impact.
- Knowledge of Upwork algorithms and best practices for profile optimization, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
