Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, engaging with decision-makers, and setting up meetings for our sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Identification and Qualification: Research and identify potential prospects through online platforms, industry events, and targeted lists. Evaluate leads against established criteria to ensure they meet our target customer profile.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media. Customize your approach to address the prospect's needs and highlight the benefits of our products/services.
  • Appointment Setting: Work with the sales team to understand their schedule and priorities. Arrange appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless transfer of information.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Provide regular updates on progress and key metrics to the sales team and management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with overall sales goals. Share insights, feedback, and opportunities for improvement with team members.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting, especially in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits

  • Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 per annum (based on location and experience).
