Job Title: Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at ConnectedStars. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be responsible for generating new leads through calls, emails, and networking, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, with a focus on client acquisition. They will also have exceptional communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a positive attitude with a passion for overcoming challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities in the U.S. market.
  • Generate new leads through calls, emails, and networking to expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.

Calling and Lead Generation:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects, introducing our services and generating interest.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for sales meetings or further discussions.
  • Manage and follow-up with leads, ensuring consistent communication and a seamless experience.

Strategy & Growth:

  • Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Take initiative to explore new market segments and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and progress towards goals.

Client Relations:

  • Understand client needs, challenges, and pain points, offering innovative solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales cycle.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

Salary and Benefits:
