As an Event Promotion Specialist, you will be responsible for driving delegate sales and identifying potential attendees who would benefit from our events.
- Researching Companies
You will research and identify companies that align with our target audience for upcoming events. This involves maintaining and updating a list of prospective companies regularly.
- Identifying Key Contacts
Conduct thorough research to identify key contacts within target companies, and effectively communicate the value and benefits of attending our events.
- Initiating Contact
Initiate contact with identified prospects through phone calls, addressing any queries or concerns they may have regarding our events.
- Inviting Prospects to Events
Follow up with prospects to ensure their participation and provide necessary event details.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- You possess at least 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Account Executive, or Sales Operations roles, preferably in the Events/Conferences industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
- A strong networker and relationship builder with attention to detail.
- A team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
