Job Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned business development professional to spearhead our expansion through expert discovery and exploration of new opportunities. The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive innovation, and build our brand to make daily commuting easier across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop a sales funnel to identify potential customers matching our business plan for short, medium, and long-term goals.

* Design and prepare bespoke business proposals and presentations showcasing clear cost-volume-profit analyses for potential clients.

* Manage the proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, online bids, and inputs from various sources.

* Coordinate and manage contracts, agreements while interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel.

* Lead and own sales pipeline and new business development opportunities simultaneously, tracking and achieving targets month-over-month, focusing on key metrics.

* Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration as per business requirements.

* Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing strategies, delegating tasks to achieve strategic objectives.

* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

* Collaborate with team leads and product teams to share insights and bring new features to the customer portal, showcasing a continuous improvement mindset.

Requirements:

* Graduate or postgraduate degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred.

* 1-3 years relevant experience in B2B Sales, acquisitions of brands, consultative sales.

* Prior experience in Sales, BD, Commercials & Negotiations.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, prior experience working with management-level stakeholders an asset.

* Self-starter mindset with target-driven approach.

* Strong CRM skills with proven track record.

* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

* Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

* Ability to mentor and guide colleagues and other team members.

* Agile to adapt to dynamic business environments and innovate on the go.
