Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Manager - Network Development to join our team. This role will play a critical part in expanding and optimizing our dealer network, driving business growth, and ensuring the success of our electric two-wheeler brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and optimize the dealer network, including identifying new dealership opportunities and assessing market potential.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Evaluate dealership performance metrics, such as sales targets, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and profitability, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, OEM partners, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration, resolve issues, and drive mutual success.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with dealership agreements, standards, and brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity and customer experience consistency.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, dealership management, or dealer network development.
  • Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, dealer operations, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Salary: ₹8-12 lakhs per annum (approximately $10,000-$15,000 USD). Bonus structure and other benefits available upon discussion.
