Job Summary:
As a key member of the Vinculum Group team, the Business Growth Manager will play a vital role in driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and customer relationship management.

About the Role:
The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall sales performance. This includes leading the Inside Sales team, managing the sales pipeline, and converting leads into customers. Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with the product and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive growth in the company's target markets
  • Lead the Inside Sales team in achieving sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, and converting leads into customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
  • Work closely with the product and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
