Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager at WhiteLotus Talent Partners, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying target markets and key accounts within the region
  • Establishing relationships with stakeholders such as CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, procurement professionals, and finance teams
  • Leading and managing a team of sales executives, providing training, support, and motivation to enhance their skills

You will also be expected to:

  • Uphold company policies, transparency, and ethical standards, while monitoring team adherence to these principles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and proactively addressing concerns
  • Offer tailored solutions based on thorough analysis of client requirements, bringing in consultants or SMEs if needed

Our ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in sales, focusing on regional or territory management, with national and international market exposure preferred.
