About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Manager at Ecube Group in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Managing sales activities, including target achievement and client relationship management
  • Leading the sales team to drive sales performance and achieve business objectives
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and partners to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the event management industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Salary Estimate:

Rupees 8 lakhs - 12 lakhs per annum (estimated based on location and industry standards)
