**Job Summary:**

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to engage with parents and students, conduct demo sessions, and drive enrollment in our Industry-Aligned Training (NIAT) program.
  • Your primary focus will be on managing the sales funnel to maximize conversions and ensuring a seamless enrollment process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Sales Funnel Management
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to nurture leads, improve conversion rates, and optimize the sales process.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Demo Sessions & Presentations
  • Conduct engaging demo sessions to showcase the benefits of NxtWave's NIAT product, highlighting its potential to boost future career prospects in the tech industry.
  • Present the value proposition clearly, emphasizing the program's long-term career advantages.
Consultative Sales Approach
  • Engage with parents and students to understand their aspirations and needs, guiding them toward making informed decisions about enrolling in NIAT.
  • Provide personalized counseling to students and parents on the long-term career benefits of joining the program.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to guide stakeholders toward making decisions.
  • Fluency in English, along with proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Kannada, Marathi, or Tamil.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving high conversion rates.
  • Knowledge of the tech industry and education trends is a plus.

NxtWave offers a competitive salary of ₹40-50 lakhs per annum, based on experience and qualifications, in addition to opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
