">Job Overview: The Strategic Sales Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for Digient Technologies, with a primary focus on B2B clients in the online iGaming sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and driving sales.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B online iGaming sector, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and implement sales forecasting models to ensure accurate revenue projections, providing regular and detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.
Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the online iGaming sector, possessing a deep understanding of Digient's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
">Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA is a plus. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, within the technology sector. 3. Prior experience in the gaming industry is a plus. 4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas consistently. 5. Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and CRM systems. 6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 7. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with a customer-centric approach. 8. Strategic thinker with analytical skills to identify market opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.
