About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Flexzo HR Services Pvt Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive business growth and development in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales revenue and expand market share in the region.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching, guidance, and support as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
