Job Role: Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for driving business growth and development for the given location. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new partners to expand the distribution network.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Recruitment of Financial Products Distributors.
  • Product sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example.
