Job Role: Business Development Manager
The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for driving business growth and development for the given location. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new partners to expand the distribution network.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Recruitment of Financial Products Distributors.
- Product sales and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example.
