Job Title: Business Loan Sales Manager – DSA Vertical

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to generate business loan leads.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for business loans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 35 years in business loan sales (DSA channel preferred).
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in business, finance, or related fields.
