Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Head to join our team at Talent Steer Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attract new clients and build strong relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database.
  • Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
Requirements:
  • B.E. and business management, marketing, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada.
  • Self-motivated, networking and relationship management with clients, negotiation skills, friendly and personable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools and CRM software.
