Job Description

**Business Development Head Facility Management**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Head Facility Management to join our team at Talent Steer Partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database
  • Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyse sales data to inform or update marketing strategies
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners

Requirements:

  • B.E. and business management, marketing, or related field
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada
  • Self-motivated, networking and relationship management with clients, negotiation skills, friendly and personable demeanour
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools and CRM software
