As a Regional Sales Director at Busisol Sourcing, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and leading a team of sales professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Providing support to individual stores, managers, and teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Determining long and short-term sales goals to drive business growth.
- Overseeing product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs.
- Mentoring managers and assistant managers to develop their leadership skills.
- Planning and executing training among staff members and management to enhance sales performance.
- Overseeing sales and special promotions to drive revenue growth.
- Providing leadership on hiring and employee retention to build a high-performing team.
- Resolving customer complaints and service issues to ensure exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Five+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Three+ years in a managerial role with leadership experience.
- Strong communications skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort with math to drive data-driven decision making.
- Creative problem-solving skills to navigate complex sales challenges.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets.
- Excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to work well in teams to achieve sales goals.
