Job Responsibilities:

As a Regional Sales Leader at Busisol Sourcing, you will provide support to individual stores, managers, and teams to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities include determining long and short-term sales goals, overseeing product and supply ordering and shipment, and mentoring managers and assistant managers.

You will also plan and execute training among staff members and management, oversee sales and special promotions, and provide leadership on hiring and employee retention.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require five + years of sales experience, three + years in a managerial role, strong communications skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

You should also possess excellent analytical skills and comfort with math, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service.
