Regional Sales Development Manager

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and super stockists to drive business growth.
- Implement effective sales planning, width beat plans, and new merchant opening strategies.
- Manage and guide teams of CSOs/Senior CSOs to deliver desired results.
- Monitor and report competitor activities and geography performance to Area Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Relevant sales experience from FMCG background.
- Ability to manage and negotiate with distributors and super stockists.
- Strong sales planning and execution skills.
