Job Description:


Busisol Sourcing is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and excellent leadership skills.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide support to individual stores, managers, and teams to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Determine and achieve long- and short-term sales goals for the region.
  • Oversee product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs.
  • Mentor and develop managers and assistant managers to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Plan and execute training programs for staff members and management.
  • Oversee sales and special promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on hiring and employee retention strategies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:



  • Five + years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Three + years in a managerial role, with a strong focus on leadership and development.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work well in teams and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
