Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Flexzo HR Services Pvt Ltd.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about developing business strategies, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for business development of the Financial Products Distribution for the given location.
- Oversee and manage the branch staff, including their coaching, development, and discipline to help meet sales targets.
- Groom the team on product knowledge, system usage, and guiding them to achieve business objectives.
- Help the team to design and implement business plans, ensuring branch compliance, policies, and processes.
- Regularly review employee performance and provide guidance for achieving set goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, strategic planning, and negotiation.
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a sales team in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong expertise in customer relationship management to maintain and grow client accounts.
- Skilled in financial analysis to manage budgets and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in market analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the HR services industry.
