Job Summary:

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to promote sales growth and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives, product launches, and sales promotions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or management roles.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving sales processes, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
