Coatings Sales Professional

2coms is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coatings Sales Professional to join their team in Mangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting protective coating products in the Southern region.
Key Responsibilities- Launch and enter new marketing segments for high-performance coatings products.
- Work closely with the Regional Manager to cover the entire Southern region.
- Train and motivate young salespersons to achieve their targets.
- Promote protective coating new products in assigned regions.
- Obtain approvals from clients and consultants for products.
- Conduct corrosion audits and provide coating system recommendations to industrial clients.
- Participate in coating trials, troubleshooting, exploring new business opportunities, presentations, competitor analysis, and more.
- Deliver product application training for sales personnel in various depots, polishers, applicators, contractors, and painters.
- Analyze business, cost-benefit, and financial data.
- Prepare and present proposals to close new accounts in targeted verticals.
- Develop and maintain sales plans to ensure achievement of company sales targets and profitability.
Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech / BSc / MSc Chemistry / Paint Technologist / Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales within the protective or industrial coating industry.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹8-12 Lakhs per annum-
